And yet I think the Dutch gov't isn't doing enough. They should make growing, selling and using marijuana legal. It should be regulated and taxed, but it should be legal. Colorado is a beautiful example.

One of my rock climbing buddies got stopped at the Canadian/U.S. border because of a white powdery substance on his backseat. Popped the trunk to find all his gear covered in powder, and even more powdery substances in his chalk bag and in a plastic bag factory labelled "climbing chalk". They kept questioning him about the suspicious white powder which they had problems identifying.

He's not even dutch.

The funny thing is that white heroin is apparently the kind of heroine that's more fit for injecting, whereas brown heroin is more fit for snorting. White heroin is very rare stuff in Holland - we don't have much heroin junkies anymore, most of them died out in the nineties and heroin has had a very bad rep ever since the 80's, it's considered really uncool stuff. The white heroin this dealer is selling is reportedly relatively pure as well, the street value of a gram is estimated at 70-80 euro's and he's selling it for 50, sometimes less.

Jesus, imagine putting 14 people in the hospital and killing three... he's either has no idea what he's selling or he knows what he's selling but can't find a market for his product so he sells it to tourists as coke at a loss... a fucking asshole either way. Hope they catch him quickly.
