I hear this is a lot of steps without exercise. I guess it's becuz I'm not poor and that means I have to walk longer distances in my "larger than your" house...lol poor ppl can't afford to be in shape... How many steps do u poors average a day?... BTW... It says new record but steps have been within 1000 every day since I got this phone and started using sfitness...jellus?...

According to my phone I did 10k yesterday and 16 floors of stairs. I was on my feet most of the day and I also went for a 2mi walk in the evening....I would say its pretty much impossible to do 20k steps a day just around home without even realizing it.

You're either working a service job, making a point to walk on a treadmill or have a knee bounce/restless leg syndrome thats triggering the pedometer.

Well 10k is like 4/5 miles ?. Say 15-20 mins per mile = like 1 1/2 hrs walking at a steady pace.
