I've got Ebola

No, not really. I do have some kind of bacterial infection though. It makes me feel shitty, but worst of all, my face, hands and legs are scattered with red bumps that itch like a motherfucker. It's annoying, frustrating and infuriating at times. Doc gave me antibiotics, 4 pills a day for a week. I'm just the worst at swallowing pills and these are pretty big capsules, so it's going to be tough. Any experienced swallowers here who have tips? Oh, ahah, no not like that Lawl.

Some herbs would always help. Tough you're on antibiotics, you should avoid milk and everything that is made from milk (yoghurt, butter, etc.)

Try to google some herbs that help to destroy the infection, it should be also a lot easier to eat. Making a soup from that herbs sounds like a good idea. Does anyone have another idea?

I'll survive, but swallowing pills is something I've had issues with since forever. In spring and early summer I take meds for my haydever though. Pills as well but comparatively tiny ones. I swallow those as well while making some spasm jerk movement to get it down.
Took one of the capsules this morning with a big gulp of water. It went down but wasn't pleasant. Yeah, I'm a pussy, I know.
No idea how my late grandmother swallowed like a dozen of these things a day. Practice makes perfect I guess.

I suggest you ask your doctor if he can supply pills of a more manegeable size.

Or you could try to chase those big boys down with food of some sort rather than water. If you can eat food, that is.

It's not. Chicken pox is a viral infection, this is bacterial.

u alergic to penicillin ?

if not take cloxacillin 500mg or keflex 500mg(cefalexin) for 7 days

keflex is stronger, so i suggest u use cloxacillin

never heard of flucloxacilline, but i know keflex is the strongest one, first hand experience

used both when i had a carbuncle, cloxacilling was to weak and made you feel like shit, had to have surgery then keflex, but had to have another surgery. all good now

u could always pop an oxycodone :D got them for my other surgery

I don't know how that's over there where you live, but here we don't just "pop" meds left and right. You have to get 'em prescribed by someone authorized to do so.

Anyway, the itching seems to have died down a little, so I'm guessing the antibiotics do their thing. They make me have runny shit as well though :(

Shit, Oxy is some extremely powerful stuff - about two times stronger than morphine as i recall, which is very strong stuff on it's own. Don't even know if it's an available prescription painkiller over here, wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't. Maybe Sathat knows.

It's very addictive... and also a very bad addiction to have to kick.
