Command to add all bots on hardcore skill level.

I am playing in Quake 3 Arena with bots. I don't want to setup bots everytime. Which command can add all bots at one time on level hardcore skill?
I know command " /bot_minplayers "10" " but all bots are begginers. How can I setup to add all bots on hardcore level skils?
How can I minimalize window with game to the panel on my Desktop?

use /g_spskill 4 before using the bot_minplayers command.

works, thanks. there are 6-7 bots on the map, another ones are not going to join to party. Why?

It works. thanks. The last question. Is there a way to minimalize game to panel and take to control on my desktop without killing the game. Is there any shortcut to do this?

If nothing else works, enter this in the console:
\r_fullscreen 0
\vid_restart

If you're playing Q3 through Steam, you might want to display the in-game overlay as well. It causes some weird display problems for some people.

You can disable the steam overlay by right click the game in steam then --> properties
Then uncheck the box that appears.
