But they're bluetooth, whereas I assume the 360 is using some shitty RF trash.

nope, i agree. but - like i said before - i thought the original ps pads look awful too with the handles. turns out they play great, so mebbe these will too.

ram is running at 8x the speed of the 360.

So the specs shit all over the xbox... damn... Was kinda hoping for it NOT to turn out that way.
I dont have a problem with turning over to the "darkside" for the PS3 from the 360, its jsut damn, that PS3 pad looks awful... If they make the analog sticks less loose then maybe i would use it... But the position of everything on the 360 pad is perfect, like the xbox pad
Ill probably end up getting a converter.

I tend to agree. I think this will be the point where consoles finally catch up with PCs in terms of scalability and scope. An integrated nic helps too. The very last thing I want to do after dropping hundreds of dollars on a console is have to go out and buy MORE shit just to make it fully-functional.

It does kinda piss all over it, maybe they were wrong to release first?
I only have a problem because of that pad, its awful...

Thats what i thought, but the only thing that would make sense is saying "we are upping the spec and pushing release back" but that would mean everything thats already been made would look not as good without major tweaking, and they would seem "chicken".
It would live on forever with sony fanboys calling M$ chicken shit.

MS just announced that 360 won't be backwards compatible to all XBox1 games. ("only for the best-sold games" - probably with patches)
