Any way to view whats on a webcam just from IP?

And im assuming you mean any IP and not a Local IP

Yeah, as in watch my frien bill on his webcam just from his IP, not over MSN or anything.

If it is not set, you would have to go the old fashion way of using Sub7.

Just as I thought, you can use a webcam trojan that will take the webcam data and transfer it to you through an open port. I'm guessing that it can get you into trouble though:
