mdl to md3 converting

Hello, im trying to convert model from half-life mdl format to quake 3 md3 format.
Im using Noesis converter, but after adding model to level it appears without textures!

Most user licenses do not allow the use of assets from one game to be used in another.
It looks like a simple crate model, why not just create your own in Blender (or your modelling app of choice) and export it as an ase model? You could even very simply make the crate from brushes in Radiant and export it in ase format with q3map2. There are tons of free to use textures around the web, or again, can make your own in your paint app of choice.
