"Eidos today announced Free Running, the world's first ever video game based on the urban phenomenon of parkour. In Free Running, the concrete jungle becomes your urban playground as you run, vault, jump or climb over obstacles in the most fluid and flowing manner possible. Test the boundaries of human ability as you perform death-defying leaps and jaw-dropping trips across inner-city rooftops. To be crowned King of Parkour, you must master over 50 moves, tricks and stunts including 'Kong Vaults', 'Pharaoh Climbs', 'Rail Split Vaults' and 'Vertical Wall Runs' in a variety of game modes while racing against human or computer-controlled competitors. The game is set for worldwide release on the PSP in autumn 2005 - The first screenshots can be found here. "

The PSP needs to be the product of the year, if not then the last couple years.
I have Ridge Racer (fucking awesome), Tony Hawk (not bad, but not into the tony hawk games too much anyways), Need For Speed (doesn't hold a candle to Ridge Racer), Wipeout Zero (again, no candles to be held), and Lumines (most addicting game ever since Tetris and Tetris Worlds)
A new burnout comes out for PSP in fall and I can't wait.
Not to mention the music, video, and wireless/internet capabilites of it.

the highest i ever got is level 27....im trying to work my way up the chain in the vs.cpu mode....only beat three levels of it though
my big problem is that i ALWAYS misplace the block with the dot in it...always put it in some place that is impossible to ever get a square out of it
the higher i get into the levels the less i blink

Yeah. PSP is the fucking shit. It comes with all kinds of stuff to get you started, except a game. It gives you a protective case for you psp, a special cloth to wipe your screen, a battery, power cable, earphones, 30mb memory card, sampler disk, and a small media player controller that plugs into a tiny port somewhere on it.
And it's not just "shitty system with a bunch of crap thrown in to look good" either. The system is solid, and looks amazing. It's like a completely different handheld experience when you're playing it.
All it needs now is more games :icon30:
