I got kids man, you have a different perspective when you see how excited they are for it. I'll be doing the rounds in a few hours and frankly, the people that give out candy and decorate their house and make it fun are the real troopers.

Some are terrible but there are some pretty good ones in there. The White Walker is very well done, as is the first Renly. Also kudos for the one doing Hodor. Most Daenerys ones are crap though although the first one gets bonus points for the kid in the dragon outfit.

My kids got a pretty good haul too. I was expecting some serious rain since we're in Sandy's path but it turned out great, there was like 1 hard shower then it was mild and nice out the rest of the night.

Oh yeah... I forget some people live retired land, up here in Canada, Haloweens are often cold as fuck or cold and raining. It makes for a not that great of a time with young kids but last night was great.

I'd say they got about a full garbage bag between the two of them. I feed them candy/chips/sugar like maybe once a month so in perspective this would last them till next Halloween.

Now we will do a leach family tradition....giving excess candy to the poor. Basically we drive to east Austin with a bullhorn...yell out ATTENTION BLACKS AND BROWNS(GET THE FUCK BACK YELLOWS) COME AND GET IT!!! And throw the shit out on street and leave. It's fun helping the little ones every now and then...
