Geoff, our favourite backward Texan dishwasher, is running short on time given his multiple ailments (AIDS, CVD et all). So I thought I would start a thread to highlight the good times in his time on the board, before he finally circums to the ravages of time and emasculated existence cleaning up ass gravy and being generally demeaned by his much more masculine wife.
Geoff, I for one salute you as, for all the joking about you looking like a rake, being feeble and generally a loser, you are made of stern stuff to have survived for so long in the face of such a torrid existence. I can only imagine the horror you face getting up to every day. You have sought to console yourself by indulging in conspiracy theories and computer games, becoming one of the better Quake players on this board and also becoming slightly obsessed with anything you were able to lose yourself in. We don’t blame you; it’s commendable, even. Lesser people would have continued to roll over again and again, like you did so early in your relationship with your wife, but no. You stopped the rot and decided to stand up for yourself by fabricating reality with absurd mistruths. A coping mechanism probably, but still better than continuing that roll.
Others, please post your fondest memories of Geoff before it’s too late to tell him how much we have enjoyed him being on these boards and before we must say “Goodnight, sweet prince”
test servers are down in work and I am bored as you can possibly imagine
