Am I Banned ?

Im not sure why I can't log in with my regular account. I get a "General Error" SQL ERROR [mysqli]
[0]
Originally I thought it was my work PC acting up. But I also get this error at home. I also happens with both Chrome and IE. When I try to log in I get that error page. I then have to clear my browser history before I can get back into the fourms. I also tried to create a new account from my home PC and I get the same thing. I had to create a new account and verify the new account with my phone before I could log in and post. So it seems like my username, work IP and home IP are all blocked.
If that's the case just let me know.
