Please help with this elusive team chat hack...

What's this guy using, anyone know? It places the team chat at the bottom.

the command for moving chat was con_offset or something like that, but that might've been in a mod, i can't remember.
plained is right, q3disc is the best place to ask, you'll just get abuse here

If you tried fucking your sister you might not have this problem... Not sure though.
