Doug Naylor pressed for it to be made, was the co-creator with Rob Grant who left in season 5

Worked itself in well with previous seasons also, mentioning people like Peterson and the using sim droids, sets were good and effects were better, still trying to figure out how this season works in with season 8 or 9 but apparently it's a running story that explains itself

Actually, thinking about it, the last series I truly remember is the one where they're on the space prison, or whatever it was.

Aye I think that was season 8 ?, had a dinosaur in it ?, season 9 was made not so long ago and looked like it belonged on YouTube, had no budget and ended up on sets from corrie and using a smart car as starbug, was pretty shameful but apparently they needed to do that 1st to get a new series :/

It's not the same as earlier seasons either (1-3 ?), hasn't been for a while, still holds it's charm though imo :]

Very promising, I even properly laughed at a few bits which is unusual for me I don't think it'll match up to series 5 and 6 when both Grant and Naylor were writing, but I'm happy to be proven wrong. It was better than I remember 7 being, though: Kochansky == unfunny; Nice looking, but non-humorous, un-titter-making and doesn't produce "haha" noises from the audience.

Thanks, LosCHUNK, I was having difficulty finding it myself. (Not counting a wrong aspect ratio monstrosity.) Dunno what happened to the torrent scene; thought they'd be all over it but there was nothing.

I previously saw the end of the episode on TV and - not shown in that YouTube copy - they showed a preview of the next episode with a new Holly

You have to see the episode from the beginning or the end won't mean anything
