I believe that Geoff's wife has a substantial income. One that is capable of supporting her and her family without any issues. However, I'm sure Geoff exaggerates a bit. Are they "rich"? Well that's a relative term. Personally, I can't see how they could be considered "rich" by even the most minimal sense of the term. When you factor in what it would cost to support all of those dependents with one income, it doesn't seem possible. Even if she does make $500k a year.

500k is definitely upper class, but with 7 kids and child support, mortgage, car payment...etc. He's probably living more at a comfortable middle class.
