3 Simple Maps needed

Hi,
I am a final year engineering student doing my thesis on bipotential control of a 3D environment and I require 3 fairly simple Q3 maps for my project. The only problem is that I don't have the time to commit to learning how to work GTKradiant properly and thus have not managed to get a functional map out. I use OS X so this provides problems and I can't get texturing to work. I am looking for someone who is willing to help me by creating these maps for me. I will reference you in my acknowledgments. The maps are not going to be used in quake and thus only the basic shell needs to be developed with one spawning point.
The maps basically need to be as follows:
Map 1: empty square room, with ceiling height 128, and room size 384x384. The spawning point needs to be in the center of the room.
Map 2: must consist of 2 rooms with a staircase between them (so the rooms are on different levels), the stain case should be about 10 to 15 steps, and must allow the user to fall off the side (no railings) back into the lower room. (room size 256x256). Spawn point in the lower room
Map 3: must consist of 3 platforms connected by narrow (32 unit) beams. platform size must get smaller (256x256, 128x128, 128x64) Spawn on large platform
Please let me know if you are willing to help me out. I don't think it will take an experienced person long to generate these, and the textures can be anything as long as there is a difference between walls and floor.
