Since making "current event sports-based" threads are popular this week, I though I'd mention that game 6 is underway.

The only good thing about the refs handing Kings the win tonight is that these boring finals will finally end. Bring on the lockout.

I wouldn't say I was jumping on the Kings' bandwagon. More like "actively" cheering against the Devils.

I hate both teams, but Quick is a great goalie. He'll get the Conn Smythe despite not playing well over the last 3 games, but he had a storybook season. Question is whether or not he can repeat it.

Also, this was my prediction from over a month ago on a goaltending forum:
