There's a problem when using a bluetooth or a cell phone is seen as too much of a burden. Totally can't wait for the non-stop facebook and twitter updates!!!11!

lol, I'm sure the screen area is exaggerated on google's video, for demonstration purposes, which cannot be well translated on a video. Your natural FOV is much greater than anything your cellphone is offering , so I'm betting the actual GUI is much smaller, and less intrusive, while giving you just as much "screen" space if not more than what you're already used to.

Just look at the glasses... first of all, it's just on one eye, and even then, the glass part only encompasses a small area...the top right quadrant of one eye's FOV.

either way, I'm sure eventually, there will be contact lenses with some serious "content aware" software that will let you have your cake and eat it too.
