Requesting ATI/Intel GPU users to bug test GtkRadiant

There's one specific bug I would like some people to test and confirm for GtkRadiant. This issue supposedly affects nVidia users but I'm pretty sure it affects ATI/Intel users too. I don't currently own an ATI/Intel GPU to test this myself.

Please report if you are running:
  • Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8 beta
  • An ATI or Intel GPU
  • GtkRadiant 1.4, GtkRadiant 1.5 or ZeroRadiant 1.6 (1.6 preferred)
Please do the following:
  1. Run Radiant with desktop composition enabled with the highlighted checkbox unchecked (opposite of the image)

  2. If running 1.6, go to Edit > Preferences > 2D Display/Rendering > nVidia/Aero bug checkbox DISABLED and ATI/Intel bug checkbox ENABLED > OK
  3. Restart the program
  4. Observe any graphical artifacts.
Post your OS version, GPU model, Radiant version and observations of graphical issues.

Thanks.

This is what I get when I enable desktop composition:

Perhaps stating the obvious, but this is what it should look like:

Windows Vista
GtkRadiant 1.4
GeForce 8500 GT

oic, sorry about that. I'll test on my laptop with an ATI mobility GPU as well.

I don't have any issues at all on my Laptop running 1.5 or 1.4.
System info:
Vista Home Premium
Intel Core2 Duo
4 GB Ram
32 bit OS
ATI Mobility Radeon HD4650
Drivers:8.861.0.0
The driver is NOT the most up to date, as I discovered this was the only ATI driver that would run RAGE properly with my 4650 card.
