Steve Jobs - the book
Steve Jobs - the book
I got this for Christmas and said "Gee thanks so much (WTF????)". I really am enjoying it. About finished and having lived it (I'm old) I connect to the timeline, various players and events. Very well written and yes - he was an asshole but brilliant nonetheless.

Re: Steve Jobs - the book
Yeah, I read it. Good insight on what goes on in his crazy head and why some of that craziness resulted in some brilliant thinking.

Re: Steve Jobs - the book
I bought it for an apple crazed friend of mine's birthday. He already had it. Twice. So I said I'll return it to the shop but I haven't done so yet. Should I, as someone who has little affinity with Apple, keep it and read it myself or should I ditch it and get my money back?

If you're interested in technology and the history of Silicone Valley, read it. Also recommend reading Accidental Empires.
