iirc the BBC said 1800hrs GMT+1

i was watching 'the shadow line' and eating a thermonuclear chilli of my own brutal invention at the time, so technically i had my own personal rapture

My supervisor totally believes this. When I left work Friday night I said the usual "see you next week" and she said, she wouldn't. Confused, I said what, you're on vacation next week? She said no, we're all going to be dead.

Unfortunately, she's been tormenting her pregnant daughter (who's due in September) with this shit, telling her it's too bad the baby will never be born and she's not going to see it because they'll both be dead.

Christians, making outlandish claims they can't back up with a single shred of evidence? NEVER!

honestly, if you are moron enough to believe this shit, why bother showing up at work? It leads me to believe your retarded boss doesn't really believe this, so why would she go around claiming to believe garbage like this and looking like a moron in the process?

edit

nm my logic is flawed, she's religious.

I'm almost positive he turned out like that because of his beliefs, as his world crumbled around him.

Still here, lol.

She's a weirdo period. Nothing to do with religion.

Take a week off and if she asks, tell her you thought you were dead and just in heaven.

that pastor/reverend/whatever Camping has mysteriously disappeared in the wake of his failed prediction

my guess he's either ensconced in a tactical vantage point with a deadly weapon, biding his time, or possibly has decided to take up some outdoor recreational type activity in the woods involving tents. not sure though

No doubt he'll crawl up from the woodwork shortly and call it yet another "intermediary stage"

These Christians man. If it's one thing they're good at, it's spinning their fiction to cover all bases

The best thing he can do to keep his followers is to say that he was missing because HE was raptured but after talking to Jesus in heaven, he decided to come back and help all the non-raptured noobs make it next time. Of course this will require much larger donations. Starting now.

Retired transit worker and New York City resident Robert Fitzpatrick had spent $140,000 of his savings to help spread Camping's false message of apocalyptic doom.

"I don’t understand why nothing has happened," he told Reuters after the 6 o'clock hour passed.
rofl, how dumb can you be?
