The only way Nimoy could have redeemed himself for this move in his career was if he banged every one of those chicks.

Really cool! Thanks for the link Mazda.
It's a real shame it's being filmed in 3D. I'm afraid they might try to be too gimmicky with it, as apposed to doing what they did with LotR, which was just creating a masterpiece...

Wait, 2-3 years...? When does this come out? I was expecting it this year, early next at most?
EDIT: Also, I love how many Brit actors are in this.

I really hope that Guillermo Del Toro's animatronic approach is preserved by Peter Jackson. I was drooling over the idea of high quality SFX robots and props for close-ups.
I'll be all over this anyway as I loved LoTR.

I read that he's filming this on 48 frames per second instead of the usual 24.
edit:
Jackson's lost a lot of weight apparently

Since filming King Kong:
Good for him, at the very least it means he'll stick around longer and make more amazing films. Duhard could learn a thing or two from this guy's workout plan.

You sure you're not thinking about Cameron's next Avatar film? Or are they both doing this?

Didn't he get gastric bypass surgery?

Nice link. First time I've seen this. Three years until the movie comes out though
