Bruckheimer guys, bloody Bruckheimer. No way it's going to be good. It'll be a typical hollywood fluff piece with shallow characters, lots of special effects and the same plot you saw in 10.000 other movies.

And yeah, bloody Fuckheimer, but let's be honest;
It's not like the story behind PoP is that deep that it should be handled with Shakespearian delicacy.

I'm liking what I'm seeing; plenty of action, plus some enhanced and stretched out cutscenes, suggesting a narrative, to make it into a full flick.
But that's all it needs to be.
Just an hour and a half of head chopping goodness you can semi-relate to, because you played the main character in a video game.

Listen to Plan B, Ryoki. You're not going to see this movie for well worked out characters and a deep storyline that'll move you on uncharted emotional levels.

If it's all balls-out action in the vein and with the style of Prince of Persia, I'm happy.

Did he say "aSANDssins"? In that case, what absolute wank.

Other than that, it looks more or less like Pirates of the Caribbean, I guess Persians are the new pirates.
