Man arrested for being naked in his own home

A Northern Virginia man was arrested and charged with indecent exposure after brewing coffee naked in his own home.

"Yes, I wasn't wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me."

The guy gets arrested because other people were looking in his windows....at 5 AM. So if a guy stops to look into the windows of a naked woman's home (even if she's not naked) he'd be a peeping tom...but if it's a prudish woman looking into the windows of a man's home, he's indecent.

The guy's attorney is trying to make the argument that there's nothing wrong with being nude in front of large windows & doors while children walk by, as long as you aren't "aroused" or making any sort of "obscene gestures."
