Looking for the ''SUBLIME'' Lasagna

I know, it looks like a female subject but I like cooking.
Any of you have a great recipe for a lasagna?
I once had one at a restaurant that has type of a crusty pita
like a dough instead of pasta and it was ''sublime''.
Can't find it and the restaurant has closed.
