How the fuck are these shots UE3, they look more like UT2k4, or is this a mistake on Gamespy and planet unreals part?

Reckon they are doing the same method as farcry? Ownage indoor scenes, but heavuly detailed, lightmapped outdoor scenes?

nah the outdoor UE3 scene was much more detailed too. and since when did the ue3 shots have a gun and a hud :icon27: they weren't working on a game.

These are shots from Epic, not Jim on his p333 with noname company.
So, even still, even IF these shots were not supposed to be released... Why does it look so dated compared to what we have seen?

Honestly, id say its just pre alpha shit.. just basic textures running around a map theme.. honestly, we have all seen the UE3 tech demo stuff.. i seriously just think its shitty textures.. i mean hell, we could make UT2k4 look like quake 1 if we wanted too, just takes some really horrid textures..

Last time I played a UT game was when I dowloaded the UT 2K3 demo a few years ago...I actually spent more time installing it than playing it...buggy jumping...laughable physics...slow gameplay and absolutely positively no weapon balance at all...trees everywhere...retarded vehicles and mounting weapons...immature community...shall I go on?

It was repetitive and boring...after 3 levels you had seen all the monsters in the game...nothing new after that...no bosses...need I say more?

Bosses imo make a game boring...the way Doom3 and Riddic was played out is perfect. I hate games that at the end of each level they throw you in a one room building with some 20ft monster that is taken down with a certian hit...
Zelda is a different story though, Link is my hero ok?
