Once again I almost forgot the Canadian holiday schedule. I didn't find out it was the Thanksgiving holiday until Friday night.
Chances are (just like Labour Day) I'd have gone into work today.

i had the kudu and oryx fillet with very thinly sliced raw ostrich for Thanksgiving .. it was delicious.
