Small help with editing...flag files in pk3

Hello everyone.
I'm trying to change the flags texture in q3 by new ones but i can´t find the flag texture in pak0.
Do someone know where they are?
I found some in the models/flag folder but they don´t seem as the in-game flags.
I just want to replace it by other texture and put it in a new pak. I hope that will work.
(I really don´t know anything about editing so if im quite lost tell me please
