I share in that confusion. In your second post, you posted a link to a movie which appears to be some sort of advertisement for a pay-$10-for-levels-CDs site of some kind, but there's no link supplied (which is just as well, since that's not okay).

The mapper mentioned is just some guy, and he doesn't seem to run a site like that, as far as I could tell.

Is the movie you linked something you made up, or...?

Re: the first post, this is sort of interesting, but it's also sort of useless and difficult to use, since it's a primarily Japanese (I'm guessing?) site, and probably doesn't have too many people browsing looking for levels, and not much content that's intelligible to most people here anyway...

I have to apologize if you are confused and you feel that the site is somewhat off-topic.
But you can paste the created video to anyplace.
I just thought that if you made your quick promotion video with this tool, it would be fun to watch.
