Guitar Players - First song you learned to play?

What was the first song you learned how to play? Also, in retrospect out of what you can play now what would you say is the easiest one the play?
My first song I learned was Everlong by Foo Fighters. Out of what i can currently play I think that About a Girl by Nirvana is the easiest to play.
Correction: Jimmy Eat World - Get It Faster is the easiest song.

thats weird one cuz if i start to think i'll mess up on the simplest things
if i doen think at all or if i mindlessly mindwander about unrelated stupid things, then i'm ok

offspring, pretty fly.
My fingers basically learned how to do power chords by me sitting listening to that song and figuring it out.
I feel old now :/ damn this reminiscing nonsense!

House of the Rising Sun and Come As You Are
I have no idea what the easiest song I know is..... Come As You Are? Thunderkiss 65? Jane Says? When I Come Around? There are so many easy songs.

As simple as Come as your are actually is, that one threw me for a loop when I first started out.
few I'm helping my little sis with atm, just the main riffs as her hands are still to small to properly make any other notes than a power chord:
bush - glycerin
sabbath - iron man
deep purple - smoke on the water
I wouldn't say the best thing to do is try and start "only" playing simple songs that are floating around, but better yet find one of the chord books at the store or just find the chart online and get your muscle memory going for all the basic chord patterns.

Two Steps Behind by Def Leppard is a good one for learning chords...

Tried Master of Puppets first... bad idea, but I did it anyway. Easiest song? I dunno... I don't really play other people's music, I just write my own. A nice easy one I like to play is called Ending Credits by Opeth. Just a simple chord progression and lots of room to play with lead guitar.

first riff was (of course) Iron Man, first full song was Fade To Black, which as a tribute to the time frame and my state of mind, kind of makes me laugh.

Acoustic Guitar:
America - Horse With No Name (First Song Ever - easiest to play)
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here (no solos = this is my "easy to play" song. It just comes naturally.)
Travis Picking on Acoustic:
Kansas - Dust in the Wind
Electric Guitar:
Anything by Joy Division

it's even more el oh el on some of the songs being posted unless I'm the only one thinking raw gets raw fingers after a few minutes of string play.
