no sky shaders

i'm mapping for quake 3 using GTKRadiant 1.5.0 and everything seems ok except none of my skys have the white border around them (shaders) in the texture browser, and they appear as plain textures in game.

i get the following error when i load gtkradiant: "Unable to find default tag file C:/Program Files/GtkRadiant 1.5.0/q3.game/shadertags.xml. No tag support."

it seems logical that these problems are linked, but i've searched for a solution and can't seem to find one...

Did you also install the Q3A Example Maps? It's required with GtkRadiant 1.5.0
