Quakecon 2008 Tournaments announced

The tournaments and competitions at this years Quakecon will be the following:
QUAKE LIVE $12,500 1v1, and $12,500 CTF tournaments.
Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars $15,000 PC, and $10,000 Xbox 360 tournaments.
The Alienware Quick-Draw Challenge, random attendees will be selected to compete on stage in special QUAKE LIVE competitions for $10,000 in prize money.
The QuakeCon Ultimate Power Up Contest, a raffle for a brand new 2008 Corvette.
Sounds pretty solid if you ask me. Especially giving people who aren't necessarily top tier Quake pros a chance to win some cash in competition. More info at http://www.idsoftware.com.
