I was just thinking of a few movies I saw a long time ago, that I would love to see again, and they had an impact at me as a kid. Anyone remember the names, or have any interesting movies from a long time ago whose names you forgot?

The first one;
There is a large number of young people in one area, when they reach a certain age something glows in their hand, and they kill themselves in some sort of large ceremony. A few decide that that is a bad idea and run off, and discover an old man, seeing that they can live much older.

Second one;
It has a kid as the main character and it involves an alien craft, the alien flying saucer thing has a silver paint job, looks just like a mirror. And I believe the AI in the craft can talk. The kid flies this thing around for whatever the reason, I don't even remember the storyline, just a kid and the shiny UFO.

Third one;
Don't remember the complete storyline, however it involves a group of kids, some pyramid / triangular like object, a small underground bunker in the forest with a three or four fingered alien robot thing, and some big invisible robot/alien in the forest.

Forth one;
Already remembered the fourth one; It's called The Girl From Tomorrow.

I have another one;
It is a black and white movie, a group of explorers land on a planet. Their craft looks exactly like a UFO, and they also have that rather famous robot with the glass cylinder head. Once they explore the planet they find 2 people living there, some guy and his wife, I believe. They eventually find that there is an invisible alien trying to kill them all, and end up recreating it's footprint, from one of the impressions it left in the ground. That was a fun movie.

Look it up on Wikipedia.

They need exact keywords, now what keyword do you use when you don't remember the name. Or the names of the characters.

Yes, a pleasure - It is/was a great movie and if you haven't seen it, it is a must IMHO

flight of the navigator was awesome. at the end when he gets back home and finds out he was gone for years instead of days. ownage

Erm, MKJ, wrong way around bro. He gets home half way through the film, everybody is older than him, but at the end of the film he does get to go back to his own time, with that fuckign awesome three legged pet.

And the eye thing out of that, even though it was a rip off of the eye-droid from RotJ, still fucking rocked

oh. well i remember he got home at one point and everybody got older.

now that you mention it, i also remember him climbin back into the construct.
