I've cut some fat so I don't look as smooth. I'm about 200lbs in that picture, but I'm around 180 now

The light is messing up that shot quite a bit, it's taken with a phone camera. I'm about 12% in that picture.

I can see how I look from the front so there's no point in taking pictures when I can look in a mirror. I can't see myself from the back so I take pictures of it every so often to check how it's gorwing.
