Looking for file: dmmq3.exe

Does anyone have this file? This file is necessary to use the special S3 Quake3 Arena maps with S3TC. Someone posted an inquiry at planetquake.

I used to have that file. Used it with my Diamond Viper II, but that was ages ago. I have no idea where you can get it.
I realise that's not very helpful, but at least you now know you're not hunting a ghost that never existed

Very close. I found one but it's in a foreign language and requires a PW
