I've heard it is and it isn't. Regardless of whether it is or not, you will wind up having to sign up for 3 different 'trial' services from other companies using your credit card in order to make it work, from what i understand. Once you have signed up for these other services, you're supposed to be able to get an iPod. :shrug:

If you don't unsubscribe before the trial period is over - I think it's one of those type of things.

I started to go through it myself, but stopped when they asked for credit card info.

Alot of those are legit.. freeipods.com is one of the "big" ipod sites..
