I think it was Stephen Fry on some chat show the other day, they were talking about corporal punishment and how it's only been in the last 20 or so years that people haven't really punished kids. Then they were going on about how they (the kids) will grow up without a lack of respect and whatever, and he (fry) said that 'he beleived they were called chavs'. So true lol.

chav's in this retina-burningly orange tracksuit, standing in the doorway of the chip shop like a beacon of stupid and screaming his pimply head off at a student walking down the other side of the road about her being a slag for ignoring his shouting at her.

as we walk out of the chippy, i'm about to ask the lad to move when my mate lifts his elbow up and smacks him in the side of the head, dropping him like a sack of dayglo shit, then goes on to wipe a bit of tomato sauce from around his mouth and say "sorry mate, i didn't see you".

the chav does an impression of a crab as he tries to stand up and shouts back "I'LL ..", then looks round for his backup and realises they're too busy laughing at him and wobbles off up the road without saying another word.
