I don't know anyone who bit their nails on a consistent basis, or even biting them, period. No idea how to help you with that one.

Go to the beuty parlor and get a manicure just like all the other housewives.

Someone told me if I get a manicure, that I will stop biting them. It's because nail biting is related to an obsessive compulsive disorder. We are supposedly trying to make our nails perfect, but in reality fucking them up nasty.

I havn't brough myself to the point of going for a manicure yet... Anyone want to test my theory.
