i'm usually around 130/80ish but my diet has been shitty since moving to this shitty town...i have already changed it...low sodium, less meat, way less caffeines and no more eggs for now...fucking 170/120 is insane!...

170/120 is way too high on a consistent basis
115/80-75 is probably where you want to be at.

well i have had hbp on and off since i was 21 and every time i get put on medication i have bad reactions, but when i change my diet it drops to normal...so i guess i gotta just stick with healthy eating...i hope thats it cuz this is the highest i have seen it...no coffee? man i need some weed!...

140/90 would be normal target blood pressure, 135/80 for diabetics.
