just got a new trintron monitor a few weeks ago(favorite monitor in the world...cuz i'm smart)...well my daugther scratched the screen in two places with a rock...should i destroy her?

Is it that 24" widescreen crt? If so then yes. You can always use it as a space heater in the winter.

nah just the 21"..but i likey...i picked it up nib for 50 bucks so no big loss, cept that its hard to find these things with brightness fully intact like this one...i must destroy something...

is it really a scratch cuz that would be pretty tough.

no...two long scratches that i can feel with the tip of my fingernail...amplifies in light colors...pisses me off...this thing was perfect for the next 2 years...

theres a stoopid arrangement with candles and rocks my mom setup when she helped stage our house to sell in austin...i guess she had one of the rocks when she was on pbskids...i only walked in the kitchen for some coffee and bam...it's a waste getting mad at 3 year olds really so i went outside and yelled FUCK for the neighbors...

how big is the scratch?

Try putting nail varnish remover on it. It works on watches.

Edit: Put the monitor so the screen is facing upwards, though, so the fluid doesn't just run off, or inside the monitor.

yea no i know of no way to fix those multi-coatings.
