Update on Arnold Amendment

I was trying to find the current status of the ridiculous "Arnold Amendment" when I stumbled across the official website.

According to their main page, David Dreier (chairman of the Rules Committee) supports the amendment. What I find weird in a Geoof kind of way is that David Dreier is the first-ever Rules Chairman from California, which also happens to be where Arnold is Governor.
