Questions

now to make you guys shut up im going to post this if you guys answer me seriously.
1: when i open a server on my game it exited and the blue consul said Unsupported marker type 0*43 how do i fix this
2:how do i make it so that i can play regular quake III instead of freeze tag
3:i downloaded different mods, i extracted the files, i copied the pk3 files into baseq3 but when i click on mods in the game it only says Quake III Arena what do i need to do
4:ok so i open quake but the consul pops up and its says that it couldn't load default.cfg how can i fix this
5:how do you make it so that you dont get hurt by lave, slime, drowning and all that stuff
6: can anyone give me a step by step directions on how to setup and play a mod
and if no one answers these or at lest tries to ill have something to say
WTF i did what you guys told me to do so i dont see what the fuck is your problem

You are not nice and I don't like that. Still, I will answer some of your questions.
1. Don't know what could be causing this.
2. Start Quake 3.exe and it will load the vanilla (normal) Quake 3 Arena game. Perhaps you are starting a shortcut to freezetag.
3. The pk3 files of the different maps need to be in their own mod directory. For example, you would have to put them in the following example directory:
C:\Quake III Arena\examplemod\
Instead of:
C:\Quake III Arena\baseq3\
4. This usually means that pak0.pk3 is missing or corrupt. You have probably fucked up your quake 3 installation by overwriting the original pak0.pk3 with a mod's pak0.pk3.
5. Enable cheats and type /god. This is not possible online.
6. Read the read-me's of the mod's

I can answer this one.
/give battle suit
this makes you invincible against lava, drowning, acid, and the likes.
Now maybe you can answer my question, how do I even get the cheats enabled. Been trying for a week to make cheats ennabled, even on singleplayer, but it won't work.
The /god thing would work too.

If you are a good enough player then you would not need any cheats.
