Cant ban people in server

ok i dont own the server, but i now the guy who does. He said that he cant ban people from the server. he said the banning part is broken or something.
can anyone help? we need to ban some people

Have your friend explain in more detail of why he can't ban people on his own server?

Works fine. You can ban by IP, IP range, or Punkbuster GUID just fine. The latter is the most effective.

Works for everyone else. So he either needs to fix his broken server or he's spinning you a lie.

and can't ban people from it

yeah i guess he told the makers of the mod and they might be working on it, i dont know.
its the raz3r mod so i guess its kinda like noghost but the coding is a lot different.
thats pretty much all i know about the server and mod

yeah well i guess they fixed it and finally banned this one wall hacker so thats good
