I have no idea on how to creat a new server online
I have tried but it never works I was wondering if anyone could tell me

And don't forget to read the Sticky: and check for What port(s) does Quake III use to communicate?
27950 over TCP (seta net_noudp "1")
27960 over UDP (seta net_noudp "0") Quake III uses UDP by default.
PunkBuster Clients use outgoing UDP Port 24349 to get security info from the PunkBuster Master Servers, PunkBuster Servers use UDP Ports 24349 and 24305

oh and for the record creat is spelt create :P
