Anyone watchin channel 4 in UK, the original japanese version of 'the ring' is on. never seen it before, supposed to be freaky...
anyone here seen it? whats it like?
p.s you better all appreciate this, its hard typing, looking at the comp, and trying to read the subtitles of the telly

Just saw the second one and it was definately one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

never seen the english/american version's before, ive been told many times they're crap, but i was wonderin if you've ever seen the original japapnese one as its supposed to be scary, unlike the new one's

I've seen the original. Pretty good, but it felt like two separate stories duct-taped together. Could have needed more focus.

The ring was great. I caught it as a kid while playing online all night one night...
Jusus I couldn't sleep for ages. The Ring was just so freaky,
Then i watched the american remake. Funny. I slept like a baby...

btw - i liked the us version of ring better... unlike most ppl. the jap. narration was just sometimes a bit unfocused.
