How many hours do you play per day on average, and do you think it's worth it?

It's definitely a sweet game, even when you don't play you get an XP bonus for the next time you play!

I started playing WoW when it first came out, From November 23rd to around.... the 2nd week of March. I used to play atleast 14-16hrs a day. That game was really addicting, like the first time I played Q3. I reached my Orc Warrior to lvl 60 within two weeks, I have another alt that's a lvl 42 Warlock. There is NO end-game content, even though battlegrounds is coming out, that shit won't last.
Everyday was the same fucking dungeon over and OVER AND OVER again. That shit got boring quick. Even though I have 5 epic items for my Warlock, I have no motivation to lvl him up. ITS TOO FUCKING BORING. And playing that many hrs each day was a fucking risk to my own health.

Hmm....well I am planning on only a couple of hours per day, but was concerned about shelling out cash for something that I wont be indulging myself in. How does the XP bonus thing work if you're not playing?

you can accrue up to 1.5 levels' worth of "rest"
while "rested" you get double the xp from mob kills (does not affect quest xp rewards)
it takes about a week of not being logged onto a particular character to accumulate maximum rest
if you play casually, and if you switch between a few alts at a time, it's pretty easy to keep all your characters rested all the time

 It's not that I got bored of it because I played 16 hours a day, but there is no end game content. Once you reach lvl 60 you'll be doing the same shit all over. If they had more shit, I would still be playing WoW.

Hmmm....that's what I see in my friends who play Final Fantasy. They just run around and accumulate points for a monthly fee. If there's a story to enjoy I can understand it, but I cant fathom paying to just get points...

I just talked to a guy who plays WoW a whole lot. He looked to be about 35-40 years old, but in talking to him it sounded like I was communicating with a 12 year old child. It was clear the dude left development behind for the sake of the goddamn game, and that's kinda scary. I think I'll stick to Q3 for now, because I can at least turn the damn thing off at any point and not be hitched to it by a monthly fee...

I thought about buying it, but I'm glad I didnt, I cant be arsed with spending time on a game thats a totally overrated, everyone goes all like "WOW THE GAME IS HUGE".... well its not, in fact, I wonder why blizzard bothered to release the piece of unoriginal shit.

Am I a noob because I see the content and posibilities within the game totaly lacking compared to what I had expected, and what they made people expect (imo)? And tbh, I'm sure I couldve improved their game design doc. I've seen it being played for a few months already, thats what I'm pulling my opinion from..
however, whatever, yousuckcockforever.
