i just wat to make a good freezetag game and a ctf i wanna know like how to put knockback on with rail gun and unlimited ammo and certain weapons and any good tips would be very much give me some sites to help me this would be appreciated.

and to get rid of heath and armour spawns and weapons thru out the lvl i also want to turn off lava damage and make railguns a one shot kill

Ufreeze is the mod you want. Its documentation will tell you how to set up your server.

Have you heard of this site called 'Google'? You might want to try it sometime.

I dunno about the whole freezetag element...but the mod that's been around forever that gives a server the ability to change the weapon ammo amounts, weapondamage, fire-delays, etc. is named "Beryllium". It can be ran using sv_pure "0" so that the people that join the server do not have to download the mod...they just join and play. There another called "Coliseum2" which pretty much works the same way...except it cannot be run as a non-pure server like beryllium.

i would use OSP .. that way if you guys get sick one night of playing freeze you can with a few things typed in the console you could switch to CTF ,Rocket Arena or many other modes without restarting the server. it is very customizable as far as weapons ammo health kickback and tons of other thing.

Osp "orange smoothie server mod" is a small download for players and most peeps probably already have it.

I'm usually a bit more tolerant of the less enlightened, but it'd been a long day yesterday...
