My fucking neighborhood is turning into a ghetto

Shooting 10 minutes from my house
Now that is right beside a huge mall I sometimes go to when I need to buy some shit, and right beside it is the tennis club I play at. I live about 10 minutes (car) from that fucking place and I drive by that bus stop a couple times a week. What is pissing me off is that where I live is called the West Island and its mostly single-family house middle-upper class suburbs except for a few "ghetto" places here and there. Every week the past few weeks there was a stabbing near a McDonalds and a bar that is 10 minutes from my house (foot).
Now the people who cause this trouble are mostly wiggers who hang out at the mall and the bus terminus beside it. Now I guess you'll understand why I was worried about leaving my car at the tennis club parking lot where I saw suspicious figures (

Oh. I thought you were talking about the shooting last week at the BCC.
Never heard about the one at Fairview. Nice mall , I use to take lunch there often and hit the theatre on Tuesdays

Hey there was a shooting around these parts too a couple weeks ago. Some dumb shit that I know was telling his friend that he had a bulletproof jacket.
So his friend insisted that it wasn't. He said it was. It was in fact a flack jacket. Long story short, buddy shot him in the back at his request to prove his friend wrong, he was right. It wasn't bulletproof.
He's alive though, in the hospital, guess he'll be one lung short. I'd like to say this fucking moron learned his lesson but this is actualy the second time he's shot himself through stupidity.

Oh and don't even bother saying that it woulda been smarter to just shoot the jacket without wearing it... He's that stupid. This is the complete true story too I swear to fuck, I can even give you the guy's name and the hospital he's staying in if you really wanted to know...

i know, i wasn't being sarcastic. that kind of crap happens more often than not here in PHX. i envy you.
on a non-violence crime note, i just had one of my cars stolen last friday. it was recovered monday morning, with no wheels/tires, interior trashed, keyed, and some other parts missing.

Its true. We have a total of 100,000 possible here in the US. I think we've used about 80K of these. Canada has over 750,000 active postal codes. That's something like 43 people per zipcode.

Actually its on the borderline of my neighborhood of "Dollard-des-Ormeaux".
Thats a different Fairview Mall than the one in Toronto then
