The Halo 3 add, very, very cool.
Shame the game wont look, play or feel anything like this, because the style (Complete with the whole war torn feel, and the fact that its not hard to put a post process filter over the view taking the saturation out of the screen).
This ad sparked my interest... Then I remembered the alpha screens
I hope alpha MEANS alpha, and its not like Halo 2's alpha (i.e. the final looks worse).
EDIT: Oh yeah and one of the kids is John. So now you can say you saw him with the helmet off lolz.

I expected to see games for the Xbox to continue for at least a few more years. That was a big waste of money.

Word is that $ony wants to be first out in the next generation, so the PS4 is scheduled for 2010, which means that your $600 PS3 will have a meagre 3 year life span.

I don't get the fascination with Halo. It was a subpar FPS that didn't introduce any new gimmicks or unique gameplay.

Halo had AI which is still unsurpassed in a shooter. Compare with the utterly turd AI in GoW, for example (and how the hell, after the great AI in UT, did epic manage to fuck that one up? zombietastic)

AI in GoW could've been better, i mean with all the ducking n' stuff, hell it should've been impossible to beat the game in a couple days for a beginner.
