we don't do that. we do lockdown drills, but its nothing more than getting everyone in a room and locking the door. and we had a student try suicide by swat team 4 years ago. right in the door to my classroom. my desk is about 5 feet from where he was shot about 14 times with assault rifles.
That was, though, or only gun 'incident', ever (aside from a bb gun being taken out of a kids backpack...).
