I need some help from a Q4files admin

I'm not sure if this is the place to ask, but here is were I found out about Q4files, so I'm hopeing I'm in the right place :]
I'm trying to get a custom CTF map to DL to my clans Q4 server but the file that is in Q4files of the same name seemes to be corrupted.
I have tried to just upload the map thats on my server ( which is the current map from the map makers website ) to Q4files but it wont let me overwrite the corrupted file.
I'm requesting that the file:
shankq4ctf1.pk4
be removed and a fresh copy put in so people can download the map. I have a link here from the Authors website to his map:
